Report: Medvedev: EAEU to expand, operate fast in new reality
MOSCOW, May 28 (PRIME) -- The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), comprising Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, will expand and operate fast considering the new reality, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said in an interview with Rossiya 24 television channel, released on Tuesday.
It is important for the union to keep up with the latest global agenda and developments of the 21st century including digital economy and use of artificial intelligence, he added.
“This is the only way for the Eurasian union to be successful, as well as for all the member countries… to be successful,” he said.
